Wiki's is an easy way to create interactive web pages for you to initiate, and for you and your students to build together. Wiki's can be assigned to teams or individual students to display their work efforts.
Getting Started
Wikispaces offers free space for teachers, without adds and privacy, so that only your students can edit the pages.
1. go to wikispaces.com
2. scroll down to teacher wiki's
3. fill in your user name, your password, and your email
4. choose private, where only members can edit, but all can view.
4. think of a name for your wiki like: tutor4u, biowiki, elmhurst etc. If someone already has chosen the name, then you will need to think of another name.
